1. What is Labirinto Lisboa?

Labirinto Lisboa is a haunted attraction, located in Lisbon, Portugal. It is the first attraction owned and created by a Portuguese company. Inside, the guests walk through a live show, on foot and in groups, encountering live actors and special effects along the way. It is similar to being inside a horror movie.

2. How scary is it?

Labirinto Lisboa is scary and intended to scare you, but what scares one person is different to what scares another. The experience is both funny and scary.

3. What’s the minimum age limit?

We advise you to use your discretion with regards to people 18 and younger. Young adults under the age of 16 must always be accompanied by an adult. We will not admit children under 12 years of age.

4. Will the scare actors touch me?

They will touch you, but they will not harm you. Therefore, you must never harm or touch the actors. There are no second chances concerning this rule!

5. How long is the experience?

The duration of the show depends on a variety of factors, including the speed guest’s walk. On average the normal experience lasts around 15 to 20 minutes.

6. Can I take photos or film during the show?

No. It is absolutely forbidden to use cameras or cell phones inside the attraction.

7. If I get scared can I get out?

No. The show operates a one-way route with no midway exits, except for emergencies. Once you enter, you must go till the end.

8. Is the waiting area indoors or outdoors?

The waiting area, or Q-Line, is indoors. However, during peak periods, it may extend outdoors.

9. How long will I have to queue?

Labirinto Lisboa operates a timed entry system every 10 minutes. During peak periods there may be a long wait.

10. Can I go alone? Will my group be allowed to enter on our own?

You can show up alone, without a group, and we will put you together with other guests. Guests enter in groups of 8 to 10 people, due to safety reasons and dynamics of the attraction. If your group is smaller, you may be put together with other guests. If your group is bigger, we may break it in smaller groups.

18. Can I get a refund if I get scared and quit?

No. You are entering an attraction intended to scare you. Do not enter, if you do not like and do not want to be scared.
